Yes, all scooters purchased online are partially assembled. However, if you visit one of our retail locations, our expert technicians can provide full assembly and safety checks to ensure your ride is dialed and ready to go.
Can I return a scooter if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on scooters that have been ridden outdoors.
